Free Python courses for the Tuvan community

Tuva’s tech ecosystem is small and isolated. Most introductory Python courses out there are in English or assume you have a senior at hand to unblock you. Neither was true for the audience I wrote this for.

The 32-hour curriculum had two anchors: automated testing (because writing code without tests is a pattern most beginners pick up and pay for later), and Telegram bots (because that’s the platform people in Russian-speaking regions actually deploy on). It was free, hosted by Digital Tuva — the largest IT hub in the region — and pulled 200+ participants.
